Beginners are welcome to join an ongoing beginners, improvers or ‘mixed’ level class after either:

 - an initial assessment/teaching session (up to 75 mins - £50, or    £40 on payment for a block of six classes), or

 - a beginners workshop.

Studio Pilates (1:1 private and 1:2 duet sessions)

Private 1:1 and duet ‘Studio Pilates’ sessions are available by appointment.

Studio sessions offer the opportunity to explore Pilates using the full range of Pilates apparatus (large equipment such as the popular Reformers, various pieces of small equipment and matwork). Great for fitness and rehabilitation. Give it a try! But if you prefer personal matwork sessions only on a 1:1/1:2 basis, that’s fine too.
